It starts with a thorough history.

It can seem daunting to fill out the history form but we assure you it’s the same things we ask you in person. It’s meant to guide you through and clarify any answers you have already been given. Get a snack and a drink and fill it out. It allows us to expedite our contact with you and safety and management to be at the forefront even before we get to meet you. It also ensures that we are the right fit for each other. If the process we have for intakes is too much for a client then we are probably not the right fit for them. So better we all know that now. For those that do we review, contact, vets, and then contact you to discuss further.
